In 1770 Wolfgang Amedeus Mozart came to Italy and Hotel Goldoni, already in existence in this ancient palace, had the honour and the pleasure to be his hotel in Florence during his stay. Hotel Goldoni has 20 rooms: 5 singles rooms (all with french-bed) while the others are doubles and triples. By car: On the Highway A1, exit at Firenze Scandicci and continue through to Firenze-Centro. Cross Viale Talenti and Via Pisana till Porta San Frediano, turn to the left and cross the Amerigo Vespucci bridge, then continue straight onto Via Melegnano and before reaching Via Maso Finiguerra you will find the intersection with Borgo Ognissanti where we are at number 8.
By train: Exit from the Station to the right and continue to Via Santa Caterina da Siena until the traffic-light. Cross Via della Scala, take Via Dell' Albero and continue onto Via Maso Finiguerra. At the end of this street your will find the intersection with Borgo Ognissanti: the Hotel is located at number 8.
By plane: You can take a taxi or a shuttle bus, which runs every 30 minutes till 08.00 pm (then it runs with an hourly frequency) and reach the train station (Then see: By train).
